Since 1984, the Metropolitan Principals' Academy (MPA) has provided cutting edge programs to help administrators stay current with the rapidly evolving issues and resources in education today.

Mission Statement

MPA is designed to assist principals with continual development and renewal of skills and/or attitudes necessary to maximize the effectiveness of their leadership.

Program components and activities are based on research findings in effective leadership and are determined by individual and group needs of participants.

Having the opportunity to get out of the "trenches" and refocus on the big picture items has helped me as a leader. -MPA Participant
